Projects
Generally there are
two options for funding airport construction.
Larger airports may
be eligible for FAA funding for Runway, Taxiway and Apron projects. Snow
Removal Equipment buildings, hangars and terminal buildings may also be
eligible. If eligible the airport can receive a grant for 95% of the cost of
the project.
If not eligible for
Federal funding, smaller airports can participate in one of several State Grant
and Loan Programs.
